A Funny Wedding Photographers Website

I came across some wedding photographers who had a not-so-charming name, yet it carries a lot of zing. They are a new group and I figured that they deserve some attention. Also, read about how they came about with the name - it's rather funny. Welcome Furious Photographers.

They have some cool pictures so maybe it's worth your time to check them out.

Contact Solution RECALL!

There are always these types of recalls, and finally, one has hit the type I use myself - ASO Complete Moistureplus.

Here's the recall announcement, made by the FDA.

The fear is that the solution might be capable of causing eye infections from Acanthamoeba, a naturally occurring water-borne organism which can contribute to serious corneal infections. =X

We're told to throw away opened bottles, the containers we've used them in, and any pair of current contact lenses that have been soaked in the solution.

Check out the link above to find information for getting a reimbursement!

B is the New C

His professor sent him an e-mail the following day:

Dear Michael,

Every year I attempt to boost my students' final grades by giving them this relatively simple exam consisting of 100 True/False questions from only 3 chapters of material. For the past 20 years that I have taught Intro Communications 101 at this institution I have never once seen someone score below a 65 on this exam. Consequently, your score of a zero is the first in history and ultimately brought the entire class average down a whole 8 points.

There were two possible answer choices: A (True) and B (False). You chose C for all 100 questions in an obvious attempt to get lucky with a least a quarter of the answers. It's as if you didn't look at a single question. Unfortunately, this brings your final grade in this class to failing. See you next year!

May God have mercy on your soul.

Sincerely,
Professor William Turner

P.S. If all else fails, go with B from now on.
B is the new C

Bear Scare

National Geographic - CAT CHASES BEAR UP TREE

Aside from this being an amazing opportunity for a photo, it's just hillarious. This 15 pound tabby cat does not like trespassers in his yard and kept the bear at bay for about 15 minutes before chasing it up another tree. Good times.

$10,000 Whiskey, Please

Queens really do get it all.

Crown Royal blended this bottle of whiskey just for Queen Elizabeth II herself - in honor of her visit to the Kentucky Derby this year. You can't buy it either...but when asked if they could put a price tag on it, Crown quoted that it would be likely to BEGIN at 10 grand.

All-for-queen...none-for-us.

Life 120 Trillion Miles Away?

A habitable planet has been found People! It has earth-like temperatures. Not much is known about it, except that it might have water in liquid form.

HOW EXCITING! Could this be the "other" life that exists outside of our solar system? Maybe....
